Push the call button during an emergency and On The Go will immediately begin connecting you to an operator, who will come on the line and communicate with you through the pendant’s powerful two-way speaker and microphone.

Your On The Go lasts approximately 30 days in between charging depending on use. To charge, simply place the pendant in its charging cradle for three hours. During activation you will be able to set up text message or email notifications to remind you or any contacts you might have when it’s time to charge.

On The Go's rechargeable battery lasts about one month on a single charge. When it reaches ~20% remaining, Just In Case can contact you via email or text message alerts prompting you to charge the device. Leave the device plugged in for three hours to fully recharge the device.

Your On The Go is designed to be 100% rain- and shower-safe but bathing, swimming or otherwise submerging the device will cause damage. See our extended warranty program on how to cover your device against any type of damage.

Unlike GPS products that struggle to communicate indoors, your On The Go pendant uses the AT&T 3G cellular network to communicate with our monitoring center. As long as you’re in an area with coverage, your On The Go will be able to communicate
